Stressed 'UP'

Feb,march have been really intersting months in my life what started to be a very low key and usual routine time until  everything seemed to go wrong.
I re entered my routine after the goa vacation and some how it didnt go well as it usually does with me,less work combined with my failure in clearing interviews added to my woes,Slept late everyday till mid feb where i bumped into an article about repetitive stress and i could relate the symptoms to mine :) ,I tookup an ergonomics session and even registered for a special one one one on stress after reading that article luckily though the one on one session didnt happen.The work timings of my wife were not helping me either

After scaring my wife with these my so called stress symptoms i wanted to overcome this feeling, I tried a variety of things like taking Vitamin B tablets ,writing blog late night and even attempted to write a short story to divert myself but then i had to do something really different
and  i tookup yoga in office from 6-7.

It was a daring attempt i should say  as i never took  exercise seriously in my life.After 3 days every part of my body was aching but then i already overcame that bad feeling which i termed as stress And now everything seemed normal and my work was back for a brief time when i had to deal with a priority production issue in my code.

I really dont know if it was really stress and if its bad for health,But it changed my perspective towards health and life so it worked for me more positively,I stopped worrying about lack of work and started learning new technologies and decided will join some other team asap.A testing 2 months finally ending on a high.

And it was not over yet.

The last working day of march i got promoted  a pleasant surprise and a new high:-) and just because i went thru all that in feb it was an awesome feeling.

Well we really dont know what life has installed for us.
